• Axcertro LTD, registered in the United Kingdom

• “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to both Axcertro (PVT) LTD and Axcertro LTD
• “Service” refers to all products, software, and services offered by our companies
• “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to individuals or entities using our services
• “Website” refers to all web properties owned and operated by our companies

3. Services

3.1 Service Description

We provide software development and related technology services, including but not limited to:

• Web Applications
• Mobile Apps (iOS/Android)
• Enterprise Systems
• Business Process Automation
• Quick-Launch Solutions

3.2 Service Delivery

• Services may be delivered by either Axcertro (PVT) LTD or Axcertro LTD
• The contracting entity will be clearly identified in all formal agreements
• Service quality standards apply equally regardless of delivering entity

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Sri Lankan Customers

• Payments processed through OnePay
• Prices displayed in LKR unless otherwise specified
• Subject to applicable Sri Lankan taxes and regulations

4.2 International Customers

• Payments processed through Stripe
• Prices displayed in USD/GBP unless otherwise specified
• Subject to applicable UK/international taxes and regulations

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Rights

• We retain all rights to our proprietary software, processes, and methodologies
• Custom development work ownership terms will be specified in individual contracts
• Our company names, logos, and trademarks are protected intellectual property

5.2 Client Rights

• Clients retain rights to their original content and data
• Deliverables ownership will be as specified in individual service agreements
• License terms for software solutions will be provided separately

6. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain security of your account
• Use services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in unauthorized access or use
• Not interfere with service operation

7. Liability and Warranties

7.1 Limitation of Liability

• We provide services “as is” without warranties
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid for specific service
• Force majeure conditions apply

7.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

• Violation of these Terms
• Misuse of services
• Violation of third-party rights

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• Data handling governed by our Privacy Policy
• Compliance with GDPR and Sri Lankan data protection laws
• Data processing agreements available upon request

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate services for violation of Terms
• Modify or discontinue services with notice
• Refuse service at our discretion

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Sri Lankan Customers

• Governed by Sri Lankan law
• Subject to jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts
• Arbitration in Colombo if required

10.2 International Customers

• Governed by UK law
• Subject to jurisdiction of UK courts
• Arbitration in London if required

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically
• Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
• Material changes will be notified in advance

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
